SWOT Analysis

Risk management principles are effectively utilized in several management system standards. The inclusion of risk management in the latest version of ISO 9001:2015 has increased the demand for the program in evaluation the risk for Quality Management System (QMS).

SWOT Analysis is a systematic process for the assessment, control, communication and review of risks to the quality of product across the product life-cycle.
